WE LOVE OUR ARTISTS!
Our Competition Team is made of a dedicated group of young performers who are excited about sharing their exceptional talents on stage. These artists are role models among their peers, and we hold them to high expectations. We believe in these kids, and we encourage them to be good representatives of the WHEREHOUSE in and out of the studio. With over 40 members, dancers are chosen for our competition routines based on the skill set needed for the number and the dancer's performance ability. Our competition routines have been a huge success made evident by an ever-growing wall of trophies, overall high scores, choreography awards, National Champions, Title holders and scholarship recipients, but our favorite successes are the tiny moments that pave the way.
The WHEREHOUSE Dance Company Competition Team has received numerous “Judges' Choice”, "Best Costume" & “Best Overall” Awards, as well as scoring the highest score of the competition at multiple events. Our 2021 dance season has kicked off to a great start, and we are honored to work with this amazing group of dancers and their families.

We have kids coming from all over the Golden Triangle to dance with our award-winning competition team. Our Recreational Team is perfect for curious beginners and only requires 2 weekly classes and two regional competitions. Our Competitive and Elite Teams travel to some of the biggest competitions in the country and are made up of some of the best performers in the south.
Our team is open to all dancers ages 4 and up, and we would love to meet YOU!
