FAQ:
*Where can I get dance clothes and shoes for my dancer?
Attire and shoes can be purchased through the studio. See an office assistant for sizing help!
*Which class should my dancer be in?
Our wonderful staff will help place your dancer in the appropriate class. We determine this by evaluating their skill level and placing them in the class that will challenge them just the right amount.
*Can I watch my dancer in their class?
Due to limited space, we have closed our lobby to anyone who is not currently being checked in for a class or waiting to go home after their class is finished. Parents are welcome to walk their dancer to the lobby entrance, and our staff will escort them to and from their class.
*How do I know what events are planned?
We use many forms of communication at the WHEREHOUSE. We have an information board in the lounge, a facebook page, a Twitter page, and Instagram page and a facebook group, and a website that we post current information to. We also use our email account and a text message system.
*What is the competition team?
The competition team is an opportunity for your dancer to test their skills in a competitive environment. Our competition team learns multiple routines that we take to regional and national competitions and conventions. This requires a larger time and financial commitment from both the dancer and the parent.
*Do you take debit or credit cards?
Yes, we do! We also set up automatic drafts for you!
*What if my dancer wants one on one time with a teacher?
We offer private lessons! Please go to the office to schedule a time with the teacher your student is working with.
*Can I rent the studio for a party?
Of course!!! The office will help you with pricing and scheduling!
